Terms & conditions - Room Bookings

Contract

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Anyone staying under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please check that the details of your reservation are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation.

We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance if you provide us with incorrect information.

We will confirm our acceptance of your reservation by sending you an email to the email address that you provide during the reservation process.

 

The contract between us for the provision of your accommodation will be formed when you receive this email confirmation.

 

Guest rules & behaviour

The bed & breakfast is also our family home, therefore please respect this and behave accordingly.

Please leave rooms clean and tidy
Strictly NO smoking.
Report any accidents damages or breakages as soon as they occur or at the first available moment. Damages charges may apply.
Pets by prior arrangement, Rooms 3 & 4.
 
Quiet hours are after 9pm.  Please keep TV volumes and conversations at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other guests.
Please keep noise to a minimum if returning late at night.

An emergency mobile number is provided to guests for out-of hours emergencies. please do not abuse this or call at unreasonable hours for non-urgent issues or if inebriated.

 
Occupancy

You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property.

Guests are not permitted under any circumstances to bring any third party back to the room or onto the property.

We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy.

Children under 18 are not permitted to stay unless a parent or guardian is also staying.
We may cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including but not limited to industrial action, explosion, outbreak of disease, health and safety issues, fire, flooding, and failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to make the property available to you. In this case, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and: if you have already paid for your room, we will refund your payment to you; or if you have not yet paid for your room, you will not have to make any payment to us.

As set out above, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by an event outside of our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

A guest manual is provided in each guest bedroom, containing all the information needed by guests, including wifi code.
